A sequel from Mandala-For You (2015), Mandala - For All of 2019 expresses the need for self-love and self-healing through meditation, and mindfulness practices. Matthias Contzen thus conveys the each individual to regenerate the self, so that a feeling of togetherness with community and the cosmos can be generated.
